Light skinned, dark skinned

Doesnt dictate how dark our dark sins

Or relate with our acceptance

Or speak hate when noted with difference

Or is it a state of conditioning

But yet we don’t seem to hate this condition then

We adore more when its light

Its only right, cuz the dark doesn’t suffice

The billboards and posters

Its ignored but bolder

See its all there, but isnt all clear

But even a child knows that life isn’t all fair
